Q: What kind of order can be used for the e-fapiao issue?
A: Except for the goods that you purchased by H&M gift card. You can request the fapiao off all orders that you purchased via HM.com.cn/ H&M Mini Program/ H&M APP.

Q: When will I get the fapiao?
A: After you apply fapiao, we will send the e-fapiao to your assigned email within 24 hours. If there is any internet or technical error, the sending will be delayed.

Q: What information that I need to provide when I require fapiao.

Q: Who is the seller in E-Fapiao?
A: If you are requiring the fapiao for order from HM.com.cn/ H&M Mini Program/ H&M APP, the seller will be H&M (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd.，(海恩斯莫里斯（上海）商业有限公司).

Q: When can I request the fapiao
A: For online orders, you can require fapiao within 30 days after the parcel was shipped.

Q: What’s the amount and content of the fapiao?
A: we will issue the fapiao base on your order. According to the product, the content will be “其他服饰” or “其他家具产品”. The amount depends on your payment, excluding gift cards and any vouchers or coupons.

Q: If you used the wrong information in the fapiao requirement, how to reissue it?
A: Please contact the customer services team, provide your order detail, and correct fapiao information, and leave your email account. After our accountant verify all information, we will cancel the previous fapiao and resend the correct one to your email address.

Q: what would happen to fapiao that I have required if I apply for a return or partial return?
A: Our system will issue a red fapiao to offset the original fapiao, and the notification will be sent to your email address. If you are applying the partial return, we will issue a new fapiao with the amount left of the order and send it to your email account.
